Exam.net facilitates my work when students can write in a protected test environment. It is easy to create tests, whether you want to use PDF or word files. We also use Exam.net for writing assignments where students work on different occasions, but where they only have to write during lesson time. When the writing time is over, the work for this time is also finished. No student needs to have "assignment anxiety" which is otherwise quite common. To be able to work on an assignment on several occasions is also great for students who otherwise do not submit information for assessment at all as they are never satisfied with their work. Other students who do not actually do any work can get support to get started because you as a teacher can see their work in real time. The relatively new function with automatic correction is great both for simple homework quizzes, e.g. tests on vocabulary or concepts but also for tests with multiple-choice questions, such as reading and listening comprehension tests. Students are generally satisfied because it is clear to them what to do during the tests. In the follow-up work, one of the most important tools for us language and Swedish teachers, is the opportunity to be able to print the students' texts with a few clicks. Many of us get neck problems with too much screen work. The possibility to choose font size, line spacing and margins is great. The procedure during the actual test session is also simple and both my computer skilled and somewhat more computer insecure colleagues appreciate Exam.net, because the handling is so smooth.

The program has facilitated many tests both at a distance and in the classroom! I have uploaded PDF files and audio files in my tests. Most often I use the SEB mode, which gives security (in the classroom). The students seem to appreciate Exam.net since it is easy to use. The students also thought that it was good that they could see how many words they had written. It is nice as a teacher to have all the tests gathered in one digital place! It is also nice that there is a chat in the program!

I am REALLY very happy with Exam! Easy to use, easy to create tests, easy to handle. Exam.net avoids getting all student answers to my email, and anonymization provides fair assessment - less risk that I read things that are not in the answer just because I know which student answered. I know that they cannot cheat by looking things up on the internet when the unit is locked. It is clever that no student accounts are required but only a code or key as we always have students who do not remember email addresses and passwords etc. Good that the tests are saved and I can access them whenever I find the time. It is easy to print, easy to share with a colleague - especially for us who work in two-teacher systems - so both have access to student answers. Good to be able to color mark text. Students appreciate being able to write digitally instead of paper and pen and I do not have to sit and interpret difficult handwriting - as I said: Very happy!!

Exam.net really helped students with learning differences. I was able to record myself reading the directions to questions on the exam for students that were English Language Learners and students with dyslexia. Exam.net is great for exam security. I love how easy it is for students to include handwritten work with their exam. I have kids that, similar to me, that like to write things down. With chemistry and math, sometimes it’s easier to write than type. They just point their phone at a QR code on the screen and then take a picture of their work. It gets attached to other answers.

I am one of the more techie teachers at our school. So far, we have 5 teachers using Exam.net and I only and to help one teacher because it was so easy for them to get going with it.

Exam.net provides a great balance between intuitive, user-friendly interface and just enough security to make cheating harder. I started by just pasting text questions into the exam and correcting them manually, but when I shifted to self-correcting tests it got even more useful. The exam questions are easy to format, and even easier to grade. Although there are a few tricks to learn, like how to monitor tests and chat with students who have problems, it's surprisingly user-friendly.

Exam.net is extremely easy to use, as PDF files can be uploaded, and they also have the option for students to scan and upload their answers. It has provided us with a secure exam platform to conduct our online exams.

I LOVE this platform! It is by far and without a doubt THE BEST thing I used for test taking. I always use the blank sheet for the students to write while reading my exercises in a PDF. And I love that I can see their typing in real time as the students work on their exams. You can adjust the time and provide extra time if needed while the exam is taking place. You can maintain a private chat line with each student. An exclusive code can be generated to access per student in case someone couldn't do it with the rest of the group. Even exporting all the exams in a single file, or in separate files, has been great! You can even integrate it with other cloud platforms. I have no words!

Exam.net is very easy to use, I love the auto-marking, the drawing tools for geometry sketches. It is amazing that it connects with Desmos and Geoalgebra, and you can upload attachments such as formula sheets.

I love that I can see a realtime dashboard of my students’ progress through the assessment while they are taking an exam. It gives me more nuanced insight into students’ strengths and weaknesses as well as the difficulty of various portions of the assessment.

Security / cheating prevention is the most important feature to me. After I started using Exam.net, I would google suspicious student answers to verify that they weren't copied and pasted. They were not, so it really confirmed to me that the exam was secure. No system is foolproof and teachers have to remain vigilant to maintain the integrity of their assessments. However, I found Exam.net to be an excellent resource for reducing cheating and for ensuring that my assessments measure what my students have learned.

As an AP Calculus teacher, I teach college courses taught in the high school (dual credit) courses where we are required to use a secure testing platform. After trying one or two other testing systems we determined that Exam.net was the best! Even the teachers who are not teaching dual credit prefer this testing platform! It is easy to use, accommodates many content areas, and is user friendly. The customer support is amazing as well. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Exam.net has really helped deliver and organise exams for my students. I love how quick and easy it is to set up an exam, upload a PDF of questions, add formula sheets and link in subject tools. Students being able to write on paper and then scan and upload their solutions is essential in Math. I have also really got to grips with the auto-marking exams which saves me so much time in certain courses and allows me to return assessed exams very quickly. It's a fantastic tool to test our students! It provides you with a great variety of tools to make exams. Based on our studies on various examination systems, Exam.net is one of the best currently available for conducting the Synchronous Examination along with our video conferencing platform. For engineering courses, its required to write mathematical equations, drawings, and figures in their answers. The scan option is the best feature that allows students to upload their handwritten solutions directly to Exam.net, from which lecturers can download easily for marking.

I like that I have complete control over the tests that I want to give. If I want to use an old test that I created in a previous year, I can upload a PDF or Word file of that document. I can create and link a Google Doc, if I want. Or, I can also create a whole new test right in Exam.net; it's easy and doesn’t take a lot of time. I appreciate, too, that I can give a test to students who are testing in-person, or remotely, or both groups at the same time. I find I don’t have to spend a whole lot of time figuring out how to administer tests, and that has been incredibly helpful during a difficult year.

As a maths teacher I really love the scan work option to see the student’s work. It is been a great transition to digitalize all of my assessments within our current blended learning model.

One type of question on my exams is drawing ray diagrams such as LIGHT & OPTICS. With Exam.net, I can give that type of question. This includes how to type formulas in physics using special symbols correctly. I use Exam.net for designing my daily tests, quizzes, and final exams.

As students answer questions, I really like that their previous answers are hidden. My students told me this is really useful because it allows them to better focus on the next question. It also increases the level of security so kids aren’t copying from their neighbor which is very important to me.

Exam.net is great! In particular I appreciate the auto-marked exams and that it is easy to add audio files. Different students can have different accessibility tools, making Exam.net easy to adapt to the needs of each student. I usually use the high-security mode during the exam and the students use the chat function to communicate with me. This allows them to ask me questions without anyone overhearing, and this is appreciated by both them and me.

I think Exam works very well. It facilitates the assessment of students, especially in test situations. It has many good and valuable features, e.g. that students can be anonymous when I’m assessing. It gives a fairer assessment.

It works very well overall when you want to let the students write a more open test instead of an assignment. It’s easy to create exams by uploading documents or simply by pasting text into the document. It’s easy to overview the information about the students and their tests.

I think it's a good way to be able to have tests on the computer without having to put the computers in a high security mode (even if you can also do so with Exam.net!). The chat feature is also a great advantage; instead of walking around the classroom whispering to the students, I now exclusively use the chat, which gives a completely calm classroom at exams + I can also send out a message to the whole class about any question I get from several students, how much time is left, etc.

I am super happy with how Exam.net works. It’s a very good tool for teachers to ensure that students' work is their own. There is also built-in support for students who need different kinds of extra help: encyclopedias, spell check and dictionaries. It’s easy to create, easy to print and to keep in order. Exam has helped me to be able to test the students' knowledge in a reliable way. It is clever that I can choose which tools the students get access to. I also like that I can choose to add helping tools for individual students, such as spelling check etc. The automatic correction is really good as I can quickly see the students' results and this can be used for both tests and as an exit ticket. It is also both easy and user-friendly to construct tests with automatic correction. Some students find it difficult to get things done during lesson time, but if they get an assignment on Exam, it is experienced more "seriously" and as a result they actually do the assignment.

I use Exam.net for basically all examinations because it facilitates problems with cheating and also makes the students work purposefully and focused during the examination period.

Exam.net is very easy to use especially if students are not allowed access to helping tools. It is a good tool when writing longer texts, for both the students and me as a teacher. It is easy for a teacher to create a new test with a few clicks and it is easy to use for students as well. If the students should have problems with the computer during the test, such as battery exhaustion or a screen turned-off, their text is still always saved. It's so nice to be able to tell the students that "I have never seen anything deleted from Exam, do not worry, the text remains." It is also easy to share a test if another teacher is to supervise my test. Exam has worked very well and I really would not want to be without it.
